FreePrintableCalendar.co ("we", "us") is operated by Takreparation Skåne AB, org.nr 556988-5931, Sparvgränd 6, 262 41 Ängelholm, Sweden. We respect your privacy, and this site is designed to collect as little data as possible.

What we don't collect

We do not require an account, and we don't use advertising, analytics cookies or tracking pixels. The names and settings you enter in the planner are never sent to us.

Data stored on your device

Your planner settings (for example family member names, paper size and orientation) are saved in your browser's local storage, so they are still there next time you visit. This data stays on your device. You can remove it at any time with the “Reset to defaults” button or by clearing your browser data.

PDF creation

PDF files are generated entirely in your browser. Your calendar is not uploaded anywhere.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. For security and to deliver the site, Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Fonts

All fonts are served from our own domain. No requests are made to third-party font services.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and applicable US state privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you. Since we don't store personal data from the planner, there is usually nothing to request. For any questions, contact info@freeprintablecalendar.co.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
