Which weekly planner fits you?

| Hourly (undated) | Time blocking, shifts, meetings and study sessions | 1 |

How to use a weekly planner
- Pick three priorities. At the start of the week, write the three things that matter most in the Top priorities box. Everything else goes in To do.
- Put fixed things in first. Add meetings, classes, appointments and deadlines to the right day (or the right hour on the hourly planner).
- Plan work into the gaps. Spread your to-do items over the days with free space, and leave some room for things that come up.
- Review on Friday or Sunday. Tick off what is done and move the rest to next week's page.
Printing tips
Print at 100% (Actual size). The dated planners have one week per page, so you can print the whole year double-sided, punch holes and keep it in a binder, or print only the next few weeks. Weekend days are shaded so the work week is easy to see.
Planning for a whole family?

Weekly planner FAQ
Is this printable weekly planner free?
Yes. All 16 PDFs are free for personal and work use, with no sign-up, no email and no watermark.
Which weekly planner should I print?
Print the blank planner if you like a simple list for each day and want to reuse it any week. Pick the hourly planner if you plan your day in time blocks. Choose the 2026 or 2027 planner if you want the dates already printed on every page.
Can I start the week on Monday or Sunday?
Yes. Every layout comes in a Monday-start and a Sunday-start version. In the dated Monday-start PDFs each page also shows the ISO week number.
How many pages are the 2026 and 2027 planners?
Each dated planner has 53 pages, one per week. The first page starts with the week that includes January 1 and the last page ends with the week that includes December 31, so a few days from the previous or next year appear at the edges.
Should I choose A4 or US Letter?
Choose US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) in the US and Canada and A4 elsewhere. Print at 100% scale (Actual size) so nothing is cropped.
Can I print only one week from the dated planner?
Yes. In your printer dialog, choose Pages and type the page number. Week 1 is page 1, so for example page 10 is the tenth week of the year.
